Format Converter (Standalone Tool)

Convert a single file between bibliographic formats without creating a project — handy for ad-hoc conversions or files you've edited manually in Excel.

Open it from the home screen: Tools → Format Converter.

How it works

1. Upload one file (drag & drop). Accepted: .txt (WoS), .csv, .tsv, .xlsx — up to ~100 MB.
2. Pick the source format (what the file is): WoS plain text, Scopus CSV, Excel, plain CSV or TSV.
3. Pick the target format (what you want): WoS, VOSviewer TSV, BibTeX, RIS, Excel, CSV or TSV.
4. Download the converted file.
